Participation in wrestling will help children build strong athletic skills, develop personal responsibility, improve confidence and teach self-defense skills. Plus it's a lot of fun!
Participants will learn fundamental technique to prepare them to compete in matches, team events and tournaments.
1st and 2nd year participants will compete in our in-house program until signifigant improvement in skills and confidence is achieved.
Advanced individuals will be encouraged to enter more competitive tournaments and events.
